New episodes are released bimonthly where together we discover vintage recipes, reminisce about fads and familiar foods of decades past, as well as share personal memories. I also have guests and enthusiasts join me from time to time to learn more about American vintage recipes and the vintage lifestyle
Why I Do It
Roughly 14 years ago, for my own amusement, I started a Facebook page focusing on vintage recipes and the vintage lifestyle. I would drag out old cookbooks from my collection and post recipes on my FB page. I would share family recipes, and comfort foods that I as a personal chef, prepared for my clients. I did it because of my own love for the subject matter. I had hoped others might find some enjoyment in my posting, but I never imagined the magnitude of people that would share my love for vintage recipes. Today I have over 600,000 followers taking this ride down memory lane with me, and the numbers keep growing. I receive so many daily messages from folks asking me if I can help them find a recipe that their mother, father, grandparent, aunt, uncle… used to make. They crave that connection. I do my best to answer as many as I am able to answer because I truly understand the
